חברת זרעים גדרה בע"מ מתמחה בטיפוח זני ירקות איכותיים, שאת הזרעים של זנים ייחודיים אלה היא מייצרת ומשווקת ללקוחות רבים בכל רחבי העולם
החברה מתמחה בששה גידולים: עגבנייה, פלפל, אבטיח, מלפפון, מלון וקישוא.
זרעים גדרה הוקמה בשנת 1952 על ידי חקלאים באזור גדרה ונרכשה בשנת 2005 על ידי מרקסטון קפיטל, קרן ההון הפרטי הגדולה ביותר בישראל.
בשנת 2006 עלו מכירות החברה ב-27%, והייתה זו השנה השלישית ברציפות של עלייה ניכרת במכירות.
85% מהזרעים המיוצרים על ידי החברה מיוצאים, בעיקר לספרד, תורכיה, צפון אמריקה וסין.
הצמיחה הדרמטית הושגה באמצעות פיתוח מוצרי איכות, כישורי צוות העובדים של החברה, יעדים מוגדרים בבהירות, תוכניות עבודה ומסגרות תקציב.
